After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. If the order is placed on the weekends or holidays your order will be shipped the following business day. Standard shipping worldwide is FREE and will take 5 – 7 business days for delivery.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 10 – 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. H E A D L I N E S has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer’s defects for one year after the original purchase date from an authorized dealer. If the watch parts or mechanics don’t work properly, and it’s our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. This does not cover any abuse or user error that occurs while in your possession. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase it can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 20 days of delivery. We offer free and easy returns for all domestic and international orders. Please email Customer Support to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
